Chief Executive Officer – Cornelle van Graan

Cornelle obtained her degree in Finance, with post graduate studies at the University of Nyenrode, Netherlands as well as the Graduate School of Business, UCT in general management. Over the 26 years of her career, she has enjoyed the luxury of being involved in in various positions in finance, sales, marketing and as well as general management. Her experience in various FMCG as well as Direct Selling companies, her passion for people and her strong drive and determination to empower her team to go beyond their self-imposed limitations equip her well to head up the Regal team.

 

 

Chief Financial Officer – Andy Sims

I am a chartered accountant by qualification, passing the board in 1981. After four years in the auditing profession, I then pursued a career in the IT industry which lasted twenty years, in various companies which were international, private and JSE listed, and in the positions of CFO; COO; and CEO. Thereafter, for a period of six years I was involved in a number of humanitarian projects addressing HIV/AIDS; hunger; orphans; as well as nonprofit organizations focuses on establishing SMME initiatives. For the last five years I have, amongst other responsibilities, fulfilled the role of CFO of Regal Nutrients.

 

 

Marketing Technical Director – Celecia Pleass

Celecia is a qualified pharmacist and MBA graduate. She worked for more than ten years in the areas of retail and hospital pharmacy, before becoming involved in the Complementary and Alternative Medicine industry. Her work over the past 13 years has covered many aspects including product formulation, manufacture, marketing, research, statutory regulation and association activities. She participates on the executive council of the Health Products Association and is the Chair of its Self-Monitoring Advisory Committee.

 

 

National Sales Manager – Glenn Elliot

Glenn has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for the last 24 years and gained first hand knowledge and experience in the manufacturing , wholesale , franchising and retail environment. However retail pharmacy has always been closest to Glenn’s heart and has built up reputable relationships with retail pharmacists over this period which has always held him in good stead . Good customer service and relationships are key to surviving in this environment!
